RFP 24-01-29 Electronic Media and Streaming Content
The Consortium of Partners Procuring Electronic Resources (COPPER) is seeking proposals for RFP 24-01-29 Electronic Media and Streaming Content. All solicitation-related documents are found at https://azcopper.org/ and also in the Bonfire portal. A non-mandatory virtual pre-offer conference is scheduled on January 10, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Attendance is not required, but strongly encouraged. Sealed proposals are due electronically via Bonfire no later than 10:00 AM on February 28, 2024*. COPPER will not be responsible for proposals that are not properly submitted. Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the deadline. All other information within the proposal shall remain confidential until award is made. COPPER reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of its members. Refer to the solicitation documents below for additional information.
